As a man who was treated for breast cancer last year at your hospitals, I am wondering about my upcoming appointment next month. Unlike your cancer, there are no markers for the reoccurrence of male breast cancer they can follow, until actual tumors appear. I can go in to Dana-Farber and have someone feel my nodes, but they were already wrong about that a few times, and now my nodes are gone. Maybe a Zoom conversation? Maybe in person? Don’t know yet.

It makes me happy to read that your tests were all good, and I admire how you went back to work. We all appreciate that. I hope you, and all your family, and all of Boston really, can remain happy and healthy. I trust that we will find better ways of living together, protecting each other, and still having a strong, vibrant, interactive community.

BOSTON STRONG!
