I don't think the GOP can get rid of him as long a Biden is presdient. IF they take the house they can impeach Biden, for no reason, but they won't get 2/3 of the Senate.

I hope that the DOJ can get rid of some of the GOP Congresspeople who conspired with the invaders. There is a clear law that states that they can't hold office.
