I never heard the term "Jim Eagle," I'm not a fan of MSNBC or CNN, and much less so of Fox. They repeatt and sensationalize. Mike Flynn should not be in the news on any channel.

Yes, there has been a greater awareness of discrimination. Some efforts are being made to chip away at it such as more scholarships, and a very slow move toward better hring practices.

But the Republican strategy still uses BLM to scare people. It talks about Black demonstrators as rioters, while white people trying to overturn an election are just people visiting the Capitol.

This feeds into the fears of lots of white people who do not have much contact with minorities. They are still afraid of Black men. Any effort to rebalance people's opportunities meets with resistance.
