It has become so difficult these days to sort out how many enemies we have, and what direction they are coming from. I have been an admirer of Adam Schiff from before the impeachment hearings, and he certainly made the case about what would happen after that debacle. It would help if he would explain his position

But now we have Justice Department that doesn’t seem to follow any laws it doesn’t like. We have an Executive Branch that claims that it is not accountable to anyone, anytime, and a Republican Party that defends that. The Republicans are also working hard to discredit an election they fear they are going to lose. No one it seems, is protecting our elections, media and privacy from Russian attacks and distortion. And it is very difficult to get consistent, reliable, non-politicized information about how wide-spread and dangerous the virus is, and will be.

If they want to hack our privacy without a warrant, what they will find is that everyone is scared, angry and confused. Added to that are the lunatics that the President of the United States encourages to run around with guns and threaten anyone who wants to get at the truth. AND, the cops, and wannbe cops are still killing Black men.

Who is protecting whom from what? Anyone?
