It is very difficult to determine exactly what is in Trump’s mind. I can’t say for sure, but I think it is also difficult for him. He seems to be a pathological liar, who just instinctively lies when confronted with any uncomfortable situation. Then he repeats the lies, because he can never admit to being wrong. Then he begins to believe in his lies. Then he gets furious at anyone who doubts him.

But, maybe I’m wrong. Maybe he doesn’t believe his lies at all. We have learned that the man is $400 M in debt. By calling our to his flock to “save” the election he has raised half of that money. That has probably surprised him as much as winning in 2016. So, why should he stop ranting. It’s paying off.

At first it seemed as if he was tearing the country apart. But now it seems that almost anyone with any influence is ignoring him and treating his as a raving sore-loser.

I expect that Trump will take the money and run. That’s what he has done his entire life, beginning with his father. His future, as always, will depend upon his TV ratings.
