It seems as if the Jan. 6 Committee is having some success at weakening Trump. They are doing what is necessary to make him look powerless and foolish. That is how demagogues fail. The NY Post, and WSJ, are not turning against him as he is finally exposed as too damaged a person to hold power. It would certainly help if the DOJ begins indicting people, about 100 people, including Trump.

But that won’t stop the homophobic/misogynists/racists/fascists. Many of the Trumpers and Q folks are ready to move on to DeSantis. DeSantis is not as charismatic, but he is more cunning.
