You are certainly correct in your analysis, but really, it’s unnecessary.

You are forgetting a couple of major points.

First, Trump is a coward. If he could fight a civil war through Twitter, he would. To actually lead people into battle, or even be held responsible for it, no way.

Second, the Proud Boys are probably just as frightened of battle too, if it came down to that. They would be wiped out in ten minutes by any states’ National Guard. I’m sure they know that.

It would be great to picture, how if Trump and Pence refuse to leave the White House. Then, when surrounded, they come running out like Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kids, guns blazing. Except Pence wouldn’t go with him, and Trump wouldn’t come out of the bunker.
