Normal? Normal for the history of Russia perhaps, but not\ normal for 2022. Putin is a liar, a thief and an oppressor. He is reacting to his own narcissistic dreams. If thirty-thousand Russians and two-hundred thousand Ukrainians die for his ego, it matter nothing to him.

Does he want to be another Stalin? Stalin watched ass millions of Ukrainians died of starvation while Russia took their food.

The Russian economy is in tatters. Putin and his friends take all the oil money. They did not stop the spread of the virus. Global warming is changing the entire courty even faster than it is here. War accomplishes nothing. It could drag on for years.

Maybe we need to force Putin into the 21st century.
