Several Trump appointed judges have ruled abasing him. Judge Cannon seems to be swayed by Trump's doubts about the DOJ, even though he had materials he wasn't allowed to have.
Two of the most extreme judges, Thomas and Alito, were appointed by the Bushes. They have become the American Taliban.
