Some brains don’t get washed with the right chemicals. It prevents someone from connecting the love and accomplishments they receive with the right emotions. What Tommy felt was more than depression, it was a desperation, devastation and helplessness that none of us who can wash away those bad chemicals can understand.

There really is no medication for it. Sadly, I have seen that sometimes medication makes thing worse.

Now you will all have a pain in your heart forever. My hope for you is that you will find the strength to go on, and live your lives as Tommy would have wished.
