The DOJ is the agency that can get the records and can't be stopped by a court. Those people are criminals. There have committed very serious crimes. If they can hide behind their lawyers then America has no laws. I can take my brother-in-law's car and tell him that it was supposed to be mine, hire lawyers, delay the case, and keep the car for less than the $75K I would have needed to buy one.
