The lack of honesty and impartiality of the Supreme Court has always been an issue. The current court was tarnished from the time Clarence Thomas lied and intimidated the senators who were questioning him. He has been inventing his own Constitution since then.

Bush vs Gore was the 5-4 decision that ended up destroying the world. The court has no business interfering. It led to the needless Iraq war, which created millions of refugees. That led many countries to adopt nationalist policies.

This court is “originalist” to the extent that they believe that the role of the government is to protect the wealth of the wealthy. That began with the slaveholders and it has been the major guiding principle of this court. Women should not be able to share in the wealth; they should be regarded as property themselves.
