There have been very few examples in history when the rich and powerful realized they should allow others to share the prosperity. Quite the contrary, the very wealthy have depended upon the rest to work hard, for low or no wages in order to keep the status quo. That’s why being rich is fun.

Right now, all over the world, things are changing rapidly. Almost everyone seems to have the audacity to think they should be treated as equals. For the wealthy, it now takes illusion, lies, or brute force to hold on. That has always worked in the past. We are waiting to see if it still holds.
