This is clearly what Trump wanted, and many states are fighting for extra time. Kavanaugh, et al, are giving it to them reluctantly.

But, for Biden, there are too many issues. He has picked the maximum number, 3, for his campaign: the virus, healthcare, and unity. He also pushes making sure people vote. That's as much as people can understand and remember.

There is so much more, but the people who care about those things are already convinced.
