This is still America, Profits over people, expecially people of color and immigrants. That goes all the way back to Aristotle.
Sadly, for many people, it's not enough to have tons of money, you have to find a way to let people know that money makes you special and important.
Life becomes diffifcult when it has no meaning other than numbers in a bank account.
