Trump could not continue to exist without Fox News and other right-wing media that continue to support his lies, even though they are very aware he is a fraud and a sociopath. They are supported by huge piles of money from some very rich people whose only interest is in staying rich, even if it kills people . But those poor people never mattered much, except to work for low wages.

Still, those are the people who vote for Trump. It gives the a feeling of being in a special community with special knowledge that the MSM would never tell them. It doesn't bother them that their "special knowledge" is all lies. They are "free" to infect their friends with COVID, and hate minorities and immigrants. Smart women also scare the hell out of them.
