Trump is completely unable to answer questions from the press because he is unable to communicate with adults on an adult level. He is ignorant about most matters of policy, government, economics, medicine, or of the virus. On Twitter he can annoy and agitate the world. That is the all he is capable of doing. He has no diplomatic skills, negotiating skills, or interpersonal skills.

Twitter is perfect for him. On Twitter he can be impulsive, angry, degrading, incoherent, and mean. His main method of campaigning and communicating is to lie, spread crazy conspiracy theories, and do it in place where he doesn’t have to explain, defend or justify anything that he spews out.

And this is the President of the United States.
