Using the Texas and Missouri laws that allow for a citizen, or a family member to sue a person who seeks an abortion seems to be a place to start. The laws offer protection for the person who brings the case, and non for the accused. If the accuser loses they have to not only pay the fine but pay the costs.

Wo, why don’t some pregnant women in Texas begin suing every state legislator who voted for the bill. They can charge them with sneaking their female staffers out of Texas and into California for abortions. They are probably right 50% of the time. Who can prove anything?

These laws seem to be based on how Putin writes laws in Russia. The people he wants to throw in jail go to jail. His friends get their money. Also, this makes America into the East Germany in which Putin trained. Everyone needs to be suspicious of their friends and family. Who will turn someone in first? Paranoia runs deep. The government can rule by fear and force.
