We don’t really need a Constitutional Amendment. Each state can legislate that its electors are bound by law to vote for the person who wins the popular vote. The Supreme Court has already upheld this option. Eight states already have put it into their election laws:
Maryland, New Jersey, Illinois, Hawaii. Washington, Massachusetts. District of Columbia, Vermont.
There are many ways that states can protect themselves from a rouge administration like the one we have now. All matters of voting are up to the states. That is why it is up to the Governors, and whatever kind of people they have overseeing their elections, usually, it’s a Secretary of State, to run clean, fair elections, with easy and equal access to voting.
