We know what Trump did, We know what he said. We know what he was doing while people were inside the Capitol. We suspect, but don’t know exactly who told whom to not warn, protect, or come to the aid of the Capitol Police. We know he called Georgia and asked for a few more votes.

Trump did everything he could, and he is still actively trying to overthrow the elected president. So what? Is this sedition or free speech? He put pressure on people when he had the power of being president. He attempted to bribe people with vague promises of being richly rewarded.

So, how much is enough? When is this a crime? Or is he too big too fail, and the DOJ is chicken?
