What you are saying is that crimes don’t matter. That may be true.

What is clear from the transcripts that were realized today is that Trump set up an “alternative” State Department to operate in Ukraine, consisting of Giuliani and some henchmen. Their job was to blackmail the Ukrainian President into do things to support Trump’s re-election. Trump did this with the full support of his Secretary of State, Mr. Pompeo. They also did their best to get rid of obstacles, such as the Ambassador, and to cover-up the scheme. In addition, it is probable that this “alternative” was paid for, to a large degree, but Russian money.

If that is Ok with all Republicans, then I guess it would be Ok for Trump to call in the military to support his campaign also. Perhaps he will “protect the vote” in immigrant communities. I wouldn’t be at all surprised.
