You give a very reasonable explanation of how the Justices have now declared that the law is whatever they decide: states rights sometimes, but no other, religious, and gun freedom, but not the freedom to vote.
What you are really saying is that there are currently at least five members of the court who are known to be corrupt and liars. They have been paid for and schooled by the Federalist Society to protect the wealthy 1%, and to do so they have to cater to the 17% of religious fanatics who got Trump elected.
